''Ornativalva serratisignella'' is a moth of the Gelechiidae family. It was described by Sattler in 1967. It is found in Sudan, Iraq and Iran (Luristan, Baluchistan).〔(funet.fi )〕 The wingspan is 5-7 mm. The forewings are grey, between the fold and inner margin lighter than between the costa and fold, with indistinct brown markings. There is a W-shaped marking at the fold, a dark dot at the end of the cell and a dark shadow between the end of the cell and the outer transverse line, extending to the tornus. The outer transverse line is indistinct and strongly angulate and there is an incomplete dark line along the termen. Adults have been recorded on wing in February, April, May and September. The host plant is unknown, but might be a ''Tamarix'' species.〔(Bull. Br. Mus. nat. Hist. (Ent.) 34 (2) : 122 )〕 ==References==
